Returns & Refund Policy

At Kylie & Luke Melbourne, we carefully curate our collections and want you to absolutely love every piece you receive. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit. To keep our boutique fair and our processes smooth, we have outlined our return guidelines below.

Return Conditions As a mindful boutique, we kindly ask you to review your choices carefully before purchasing. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • Receipt of Goods: You can only request a return after you have physically received the parcel.

  • Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached. Trying an item on for size is of course perfectly fine, but wearing it is not permitted.

  • Mindful Shopping: To minimize unnecessary global shipping and keep our prices fair for everyone, we kindly ask that you consult our size guides rather than ordering multiple sizes of the same item to try on. We reserve the right to refuse returns for orders placed with the clear intent of returning the majority of the items ("wardrobing").

  • Return Costs: Please note that all return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer. This includes international shipping fees to our central warehouse.

How to Make a Return If your item meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@kylielukemelbourne.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive the Address: Once your return is authorized, our team will provide you with the exact shipping address of our international fulfillment center (located in Asia), where all returns are processed.

  3. Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us at your own cost. We strongly advise using a shipping service with Track & Trace, as we cannot process refunds for items that are lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Refunds Once your return parcel arrives at our fulfillment center and the items pass our quality inspection, we will notify you via email. Your refund will then be processed automatically to your original credit card within 14 business days.

Shipping Liability & Address Errors We move quickly to get your new pieces to you! Because of this, please double-check your details at checkout:

  • Address Errors: If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please email us at info@kylielukemelbourne.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes, and any lost parcels due to incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery Confirmation: We rely on the official tracking data provided by our couriers (such as Australia Post). If the tracking status shows the parcel as "Delivered" to the address provided, we cannot be held liable for missing or stolen parcels.
