1. Order Processing & Dispatch Every order is handled with care. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to process, pack, and dispatch your items.

Once your parcel has left our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking number, so you can follow its journey.
2. Estimated Delivery Times To bring you unique, carefully curated collections at fair prices, we partner with a specialized international fulfillment center in Asia.

Standard delivery to Australia typically takes between 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

The Local Touch: Once your parcel arrives in Australia and clears customs, it is handed over to Australia Post (AusPost) for the final leg of the journey. You can trust your local postie to deliver it safely to your home or PO Box.

3. Shipping Costs We like to keep things transparent. Any applicable shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your parcel and your exact destination, and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.
4. Customs & Import Duties Because your items are shipped from our international warehouse, they cross borders. For Australian customers, orders under $1,000 AUD generally do not incur import taxes. However, should any unforeseen customs duties or import taxes apply, these are the legal responsibility of the customer.
5. Address Accuracy & Lost Parcels We move fast to get your order ready! Therefore, we kindly ask you to double-check your shipping details at checkout.

Address Changes: If you spot a mistake (like a wrong postcode or house number), please email us at info@kylielukemelbourne.com within 24 hours. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delivery Confirmation: Once the official AusPost tracking indicates that your parcel has been "Delivered" to the address provided, the responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. We cannot be held liable for missing or stolen parcels after a confirmed delivery.
